Testimonial
Scott Schwartz,

I wanted to thank you for building such a great garage for us. It certainly added to our property and has received compliments from all of the neighbors, which is rare when you do additional construction next door! The “man room” upstairs has seen its share of poker games already, and unfortunately I haven’t had as much profit out of that as I’d hoped!

Thanks again, everything went very smooth and it looks first class!

Sincerely,

Chris S

Dear Scott,

I am writing this letter to thank you for all of the work that you performed in our home this year. The new windows, window sills, molding, fireplace mantle and mirrored wall turned out exactly the way we envisioned.

You sat down with my wife and I and listened to all of our questions and concerns. You explained how you thought things should be done in order to achieve the appearance and efficiency we wanted. Your experience helped answer the matters that concerned us. The added helpful advice was greatly appreciated. This helped us make informed decisions before proceeding with the work.

We have received many compliments since your work was performed. The mirrored wall above the fireplace receives the greatest compliments. Your custom work helped turn a plain wall into a conversation piece. It has certainly changed the whole appearance of our family room.

You completed your work in a very clean and timely manner. We will not hesitate in using your company in the future.

Sincerely,

Debbie and Larry M

Media Room Remodel in Southampton, Bucks County

Upper Southampton Township Bucks County

This project was for another one of our repeat clients.  This time we were contacted to transform an ordinary family room into a modern media room with all of the latest in audio and video.  A make over was in order for the powder room and laundry room as well.

Laundry Room and Powder Room Remodel.

The existing rooms were gutted down to the framing.  The rooms were flipped to give the powder room easier access to the rear yard and pool.  A hallway was also created so access to the house from the garage no longer comes through the laundry room.  Porcelain tile was installed on the floor and walls in powder room.  A new Toto toilet and Kohler pedestal sink and faucet were also installed.  The laundry room was equipped with large adjustable shelves.

Media Room Remodel.

The existing family room was gutted down to the framing.  A fake wall was built in order to install two pocket doors closing off the new media room from the rest of the house.  New lighting and wiring for TV and speaker system were installed.  The existing coat closet was also gutted and a wood shelving system was installed in half of the closet to house all of the new components.  New drywall, stain grade trim and doors were installed.  A custom built surround was made around the fireplace.  Floor to ceiling fluted columns were made to be installed on each side of stone fireplace.  A wood mantel shelf was built to hold the new center channel speaker.  Above the mantel the wall was built out and a valance was created to fit the new plasma TV.  All of the wood work was stained.  A gas insert was installed in the fire place, and new carpeting was installed to complete the room transformation.

Custom Detached Garage in Upper Makefield, Bucks County.

Upper Makefield, Bucks County

In this project we created a solution to a customer's desire for an 8-car garage with a 2nd story game room. We listened to their wants and needs for this garage, and together came up with a design that was not only functional but also fit well within the existing landscape and feel of the property.

Yardley Addition and Remodel

Lower Makefield Bucks County

In this project we were contracted to add a two story addition onto the rear of the house, remove the main roof, and expand the second story.  Added were a family room, master suite, two new bedrooms, and a large laundry room.  The master suite consisted of a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and large window seat, walk in closet with custom designed wood shelving and drawers, and master bathroom with marble tile, heated air jetted tub, large curved shower with body sprays, shower head, and hand shower on a slide bar.  We also remolded the full bathroom on the first floor, installed crown molding, and chair rail. New ceramic tile was installed in the foyer as well as pre-finished maple floors in the new family room and entire second story.  The remaining existing hardwood floors were refinished.

Southampton Addition and Remodel

Upper Southampton Bucks County

In this project we were contracted to build a master suite addition over an existing garage.  After discussing the needs of the customer a design was created that would enhance the appearance of the house, as well as provide the comfort and functionality that was desired. The roof over the garage was removed and a second story was built into a master bedroom.  The existing master bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom were demolished and converted into a new large master bathroom and walk-in closet.   The new master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and lots of light.  The new master bathroom has an oversized angled shower with body sprays, shower head, hand shower with slide arm, heated Jacuzzi tub, large double bowl vanity, and linen closet.   We also remodeled the other existing full bathroom installing a new tub, stall shower, and double bowl vanity.  On the first floor we expanded the existing kitchen into the dining room and installed new pantry cabinets and center island.  We also installed a set of pocket doors separating the kitchen from dining room, and installed crown molding and chair rail.  A new ceramic tile floor was installed in the kitchen and foyer.  The existing hardwood floors and steps were refinished and a new oak railing was built.
